1. General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.offmatrix.eu, hereinafter referred to as the “Store.”

  3. The Store sells digital products (ebooks) in accordance with Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

  1. The Store offers ebooks as downloadable digital files.

  2. Orders can be placed via the Store website 24/7.

  3. The sales contract is concluded when the Store confirms acceptance of the order via email.

  4. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Customer receives access to the ebook file via a download link or email.

3. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are in PLN and include VAT.

  2. Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

    • Bank transfer

    • Online payments (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24)

  3. Order fulfillment begins immediately after the payment is credited to the Store’s account.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

  1. Digital products (ebooks) are delivered electronically to the Customer’s email address or via a download link.

  2. Delivery is carried out immediately after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes up to 24 hours.

  3. Due to the nature of digital products, the Customer consents to the commencement of the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, thereby losing the right to withdraw from the contract fully or partially after downloading the file.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  1. According to applicable law, a Customer loses the right of withdrawal if they start downloading the ebook after giving explicit consent for immediate access.

  2. If the Customer has not started downloading the file, they may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase by sending a written notice to kontakt@offmatrix.eu.

6. Complaints and Warranty

  1. The Store is responsible for legal defects of digital products (e.g., lack of access, corrupted file).

  2. Complaints should be submitted by email: kontakt@offmatrix.eu.

  3. The Store undertakes to provide a corrected file or a refund within 14 business days of receiving the complaint.

7. Personal Data Protection

  1. The data controller for Customers’ personal data is VVG Kari Diallo.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

  3. Customers have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data.

8. Final Provisions

    1. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

    2. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Store’s website.

    3. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
